Symptoms of poor digestive health such as:
- bloating
- gas
- reflux
- constipation
- diarrhoea
- irritable bowels
are all common in clinic, but rather than continue to treat the symptoms the key is to determine the cause.
Even if a client is not seeing me for any of the symptoms mentioned above I would tend to take digestive function into account. Gut health has an impact on all the systems of the body and improving gut health will support weight loss, improve immune function, improve mood and balance hormones.
